Our standards are among the top in the industry. If we
find a problem with your equipment, then we will let you know
right away. Even if you haven't asked us to check certain parts of the
equipment, we want to ensure that any equipment we test is detailed and
professional.
All repaired equipment is run-burnt in for a miminum of 24 hours and
then completly retested for any changes in the operation and
specifications. If the piece of equipment fails after burn in, then it
will be realigned, repaired and tested again until it finally
passes.
Head end equipment is tested for proper linearaty of power
level, bandpass, flatness and distortions in video modulation
and audio deviation.
Line and distribution equipment is tested for proper gain, flatness,
bandwidth, noise figure and second order distortions.
Test equipment is tested for proper calibration and test tolorances
and checked against manufactures specifations then issued a
ceritificate of calibration traceable to NIST.
