All repairs/alignment and calibration are 100 percent traceable to the
National Bureau of Standards and NIST. We align and calibrate your equipment
using 10 times or greater accuracy of test equipment than the piece of
equipment we are repairing for you.
All repaired equipment will meet or exceed the manufacturers
specifications.
We use Hewlett-Packard, Tektronix, Wavetek and Sencore test
equipment that exceeds the current test accuracy measurements of today's
high standards.
Headend equipment modifications, including channel changes,
frequency offsets, and power levels
Headend
equipment repairs and alignment include: Specification sheet stating measurements of: Video and audio
carrier frequency, Delta (difference), C/L delay, and differential phase and
gain, HUM, carrier to noise, frequency response, CSO, IRE video
modulation, and power/wattage.
We can provide other measurements upon your request.
Line Equipment Repair
Line equipment repairs and upgrades include a
sticker stating: gain, flatness (p/v), bandwidth and CSO.
Power/lightning protection
is added for all manufacturers and models
Line equipment repairs and alignment include sweeping from lowest to
highest bandwidth used, signal to noise, CSO, return loss, bandwidth,
gain, flatness, HUM, power consumption, ripple, voltage, and current
requirements. Sweep plotting graph also available upon request. The
specification label states measurements of gain, flatness, bandpass and
CSO.
